Green Tea Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Farmington

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would. First off, we got dim sum menus and waited about 10 minutes after deciding to, to take our menus (which is not too too bad honestly). Over half an hour passes before the waitress to tell us there was no dim sum. She fhen asked if we wanted the regular menu back and the menus never came. Luckily when we put in our order for dim sum, we ordered an egg roll and crispy coconut shrimp, so at least we got some food. That order of appetizers took over an hour to get to us. People who came in after us had whole meals and were almost ready to pay before we decided to just pay for what we got and leave. We would have been there until closing if we ordered more than just TWO appetizers (judging on how it took a whole hour to get them). We probably wouldn't have been able to put in a good order because 45 minutes after the news of no dim sim... there was still no menu afforded to us. The drinks were very watered down and overly sweet.

The thing that gets me the most is how in the world does it take over 30 mins to let us know there is no dim sum and hand us a regular menu? It's not like I was with a party of 6 other people. I went with just my best friend. A 2 person party and over an hour just for 2 measly appetizers. Never...

Ordered food through uber eats, at 5:30 pm, received food at 7:48. Food was so soggy from being left in containers for so long, chicken fingers were rubbery and spongy at the same time??!! Realized this was an uber issue, but got no where with uber, so I called the restaurant, just to let them know that there may be a problem. Guy was so impatient on the phone, assumed he knew what I was going to say, talked over me, didn't let me get a word in, then kept asking me questions and not let me answer them, because he kept talking. 🤦‍♀️ I've decided that there are better experiences out there at other Chinese restaurants, dont need this aggravation. I've wanted to try this restaurant for a while, so disappointed that it was so bad. Soggy chicken, soaked dumplings, raw onions in fried rice? Mushy rice. One food mixed into another, how does that even happen in a prius?? One bite of the shrimp fried rice and I threw it out, no flavor at all! I have pics to back...

We have visited this restaurant in the past a few times. Some dishes were great, others were fair. The reason for the two star rating is because of a recent visit. Service was slow, understandable given labor shortage now, but more than that, our waitress was curt and rude, but even more so, was ignorant to any discretion that should be used in handling items in a safe way, nevermind the fact we are in a pandemic.. She was clearing other tables' dirty dishes and then proceeded to handle our unwrapped straws and place them in our drinks. Why not give them to us wrapped? As soon as that occurred, we left. I was in awe. I can handle service that is still developing, but I cannot handle unsafe practices. It is clear the restaurant is not prioritizing safety and health in their training. Will...
