Iâm saddened to have to make a post like this, unfortunately yesterday I had a color appointment I had set up with my stylist at least a month in advance because I am going to be in a wedding. I had expressed this to my stylist two appointments back. When I get there I was told that I will not have enough time to do what we had talked about me hopefully achieving because there was another booking 2 hours and 30 minutes later. I had a split dye one side bleach blonde and one copper I wanted the copper lightened and a cool tone brown put over the entire head. I was expecting to bleach one side more as we were the time before. What I was told was that I wouldnât have enough time to bleach the one side and dye the whole thing so a glaze was put over my head to âneutralize the colorsâ and then I believe a semi perm or permanent dye was added after, when it was shown to me my roots were still blonde so I had to pressure for my roots to be done and when that was finished she didnât want to dry my hair and told to wash my hair minimal times before the wedding in a week.. this was what I walked out with 40 minutes before my appointment time ended. (So Iâm not sure why there wasnât time to bleach the one side) and immediately contacted another stylist at another salon to help me fix this (hopefully) because neither employees at hair razor would offer to let me come back to fix this.    Read moreI've never wanted to cry about a hair cut until today! I don't know what his name is, but he did a miserable job. I didn't have him finish, because I was so annoyed at what he'd done. I wanted a v shape, keep the length, trim the layers around the face. What I got, box cut, no layers, lost 8+ inches in length, no face framing, rushed experience, dirty brushes, didn't sweep up from the previous customers, and a ruined day. Can't wait to go back to Paul Mitchell when I go home and see how much shorter it has to go in order to fix this. I don't think he understands how long it takes to grow out hair. E.G. having to cancel an appointment because youâre physically unable to sit in a chair for 2 hours due to an unexpected emergency surgery. The human (?) that answered the phone and told me that theyâll be charging my card 100% of the service fee ($150) without even speaking to the person my appointment was actually with has guaranteed that Iâll never be making an appointment here again.
