United States Postal Service — Local services in Farmington

I've been a loyal customer of this post office for almost a decade, and my experiences have always been positive—until today. Most of the staff, especially the ladies, are incredibly kind and accommodating. However, today I had an unfortunate encounter with Henry. He abruptly snatched the tape from me and insisted for me to leave him some for the rest of the day. I kindly explained that the tape is free as per the website but he said we have to buy it here, but he still seemed upset.

Despite this incident, I want to emphasize that the rest of the team is wonderful, and that’s why I’m still giving a 5-star rating overall. I just hope that this feedback helps improve the experience for everyone...

I was happy to live in Farmington at least untill i got a bad experience last year.

It was exactly one years ago, which may mail was stolen from mail box outside at night, and someone washed the name and amount out, and withdrawed $7,340 from my bank account.

I was so much shocked at that time, and of course I reported it to them and bank and police department. But even after a year, I haven't received any response from this post office yet.

When I went to the mall today, It looked like the same mailbox with a wide entrance was still there. So people should be careful, especially when they put their mail in the mailbox in night time.

My son and I needed a passport for a trip to Canada. We waited at the door for passport service and one of the workers called for the lady that does passports. She came right to the front to help us out. These were our first passports and we only brought original birth certificates my id a debit card filled out ds11 forms and my wife ( for child under 16) We were able to get everything done pictures included in under a half hour. She even advised us to do expedited due to the holidays. I find that if you are pleasant and kind to people you are usually treated in kind. I have never had a bad experience in...
