Mangetsu Farmington — Restaurant in Farmington

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Mangetsu! Our server was incredibly friendly, personable, and adorable. She was also very knowledgeable and assistive, making our visit even better. The food was awesome and unlike any ramen we've had in the area – truly authentic and flavorful. My husband ordered the Mangetsu Ramen, and I had the Tantan Ramen, which was deliciously spicy. We also enjoyed the vegetable fried rice, which my husband described as "chopped" fried rice because of the finely cut veggies throughout. Even the miso soup that came with the rice was surprisingly good, especially since it's often watery or bland at other restaurants. We stop by on the way to a cidery fest, lol and I did not know what we are going to eat, so it was an amazing surprise for me, because love this type of cuisine.

I ordered a hot tea and spicy edamame to start, the edamame flavor it is amazing, it is the first place that I see that they kind of flame.

My wife order Ramen (I dont particulate love ramen), but she love it, I went with the traditional bulgogi spicy pork over rice and was a blast!, my first place on this dish was closed unfortunately, so, this nowadays become my no #1 dish, portion, flavor, temperature, everything was perfect.

I want to definitely return here, not sure if will risk with other things because that dish will be hard to beat!

👍👍A Humble Gem. Very clean restuarant. Gave the place a try because it used to be Benny's Bagels, when I was a kid. 💜💜It did NOT disappoint. The food was phenomenal. So good infact, we went back the NEXT day (just as savory as the first experience). Fresh ingredients, and although somewhat limited, but wonderful Vegetarian options!! I HIGHLY recommend the Veggie Poke Bowl, and Jumbo Vegetable Roll with tomato and asparagus, and The Vegetable Harumaki which were all DELICIOUS.
