
Staff was rude...i have narcolepsy and had gone to tenneessee to talk friend for chemo treatments..i took my prescription to get it filled they said they do jot know that doctor so they would not fill it..they could have called the doctors office and ask questions..I waited until I returned to Alabama... The woman was really rude like I was trying to do something under handed...i know they deal with all types.but she could have copied my license and called physicians office.. Even No is fine just would have been nicer with a smile...but she could have had bad day. Week ..month ..year..looked like nice home town pharmacy...you just don't need to be from out of town...if your a local be great I'm sure..if not a local go to...
Read moreI loved this place till I came in a couple of months ago and ask the pharmacist for my prescription. He got to looking said" I know they are here . I filled them myself". A certain female pharmacist was on the phone and looking at us. She hung up and said "are you looking for Mr Hobbs". I said yes. " Well he could only get one the other will be tomorrow " he already filled them so she got it opened it up took one bottle out . I know why I went up toward the front then turned around came back. Heard her say something and I got close enough he said "she is mad. I didn't know she didn't want him to get them" she judged me cause I was getting something that helps me with my panic attacks . I've been taking it for 9 years ....
