This was this far the worst birthday experience ever for my son. I reserved 2 hours of the game truck. The truck arrive about 15 mins prior to start, which was wonderful! I initially stepped foot on the truck when it arrived to check everything out and I noticed it was extremely hot and brought it to Mr. Lee’s attention. He stated that the truck is cooling off. I thought nothing else of it at the moment. About 30 mins passed and I noticed it was still extremely hot on the truck, the kids were sweating and they kept getting off due to the heat. I brought it to Mr. Lees attention again, and I’m like this not right, it’s 92 degrees and it’s even hotter in the truck with all the TVs and game systems running. He asked me what I wanted to do, and he assured that the truck should be cooling off as it takes a while to when the weather is extremely hot. Needless to say the truck never cooled off, it was hot the whole time and my son and none of his guest were happy. Mr. Lee was very unprofessional in resolving the matter. Truthfully, I feel as though he knew his truck was experiencing AC problems and still booked a party to get paid. Please don’t waste anyone else’s time like that Mr. Lee, you are not the only game teuck I. The metro area and I could’ve took my business elsewhere. Please be weary of the “special” he is running. That is only to lure you and for him to make profit because he knows his truck needs repairs. A big disappointment for sure and we will never be using this company for any of our...

Gamers Paradise Atlanta is the bomb dot com!!!!!! My nephew celebrated his 5th birthday party Memorial Day weekend (Sunday, May 30, 2021) & Gamers Paradise Atlanta helped make my nephew soooo happy & his 5th birthday party a huge success! The owner, Lee is a very nice & caring gentleman. This is the type of business all business owners need to seek after his superb customer service. The truck was impeccably clean, sanitized, disinfected, & welcoming. Lee fit in with the party just like he was part of the family....I loved that! Thank you Lee for your phenomenal hospitality and awesome generosity to make me, my family, and especially my 5yr old nephew very pleased. Now that you have opened a game room in Fayetteville...you haven't seen the last of us. May God continue to bless...

Very affordable— I received $100 off due to special , includes spacious themed rooms with a dance floor, & refrigerator access, & additional guest room for parents who did not be near the noise (Amazing). Convenient— Each attendee (parents) was surprised by the ambiance and appreciated the under 20 min drive. The vibe was like no other - it truly was blessed me to see my child & friends socialize peacefully .
