The Salvation Army of Northwest Arkansas — Local services in Fayetteville

I LOVE my Salvation Army location. I’ve purchased so much from there at a reasonable price. I used to preferred to shop at Goodwill over Salvation Army, but now that Goodwill has upped their prices I find better deals at Salvation Army. I also love that they started to offer daily deals so I can always save more on top of an already good deal. I have shopped at this location for years and have had the pleasure of visiting with the employees throughout the years. I loved seeing Ivan. He was always smiling and cracking jokes. He ALWAYS made me smile!! Star is super nice and helpful too. I don’t recall the name of the sweet tiny little lady that wears a back brace but she’s always been sweet, helpful and kind. I highly recommend...

No one ever answers thw phones or returns phone calls. The young girl who is working as a social worker will not give a straight answer regaurding hours of availability for the food pantry. We were given a clothing voucher and the young woman told us if we didnt use it all in one day they would deduct what we used off of it and give it back to us but to try to use it all in one store. Nope the elderly woman in your Fayetteville store kept the voucher, were jipped out of 50.00 that could've been helped with summer clothes for my son. It's super frustrating all the way around. We need to visit the food pantry but dont know the hrs no one will answer the phone or rerurn a phone call. This is no way to run a buisness. ...

This place allows people to steal from you ...when I confront the issue with doyl and try to have a confidential meeting he sides with the theaf and tells you he will just give him a warning......tells you the cameras are a pain to go back threw ....when you tell him you no longer wish to be there his additude changes and he tells you to get off the property or he will call the cops baning you from the property..they work you 5 days a week 40 hours and tell you it's going souly toward the program which they only feed you shelter food, the store makes 3 x the amount as the stores around it .... The shelter is also either way to warm or freezing cold at night ..take your chances out of here bc there is some funny...
