Did a solo smash last night and it was so therapeutic and helped me get out of my head and blow off steam. The employee there was super nice, had the room all set up for me and turned on angry 90s for me full blast. I requested a 2nd bucket of all glass bottles because swinging a bat at those really did the trick for me. He got them for me super quick. Best place to let it all go. I have been to NWA Smash Lab twice and it has been an absolute blast. Such a welcoming atmosphere with amazing employees.
