Would give 0 stars if I could. Came here last night at about 7:00 with a friend and we both placed to-go orders, she ordered just crab rangoons and I ordered crab rangoons and pad thai. She got her crab rangoons pretty fast, and it was about 7:20 and I still hadn't gotten my food. My friend had stuff to do and I didn't want to hold her up, so I asked how long it was going to be. They said it was going to be another 20 minutes, which was ridiculous considering I didn't have a big order, but I decided to take my friend home and come back. We left at 7:20 and I came back at 7:40 and I checked on my order. They said it would be ANOTHER 25 minutes. There were about 5 or 6 other customers that had waited over an hour for their food as well. One other girl waiting for her food said that she had a friend that had taken a plane trip while she was waiting for her food, and that her friend had boarded the plane after she placed the order, took off, and had already landed. This was like 20 minutes before she got her food too. Other customers in the restaurant complained of cold food. Customer service is awful, they barely apologized to us and when I would go up to the counter they barely acknowledged me. All the employees looked like chickens with their heads cut off. They didn't offer any type of beverage or compensation while they waited. When I finally got my food at 8:10, after waiting an hour and 10 minutes for pad thai, it was not the best and it had a hair in it! Disgusting. Never coming back. I never review places, but I seriously had to warn everyone coming here that you will get bad customer service and may wait an hour for food that is mediocre at best and has...

I used to love this place, the food was great and the employees were always really nice. The food is fine, but they’ve become pretty bitter. Maybe people try to pretend there’s something wrong with their food to get a free meal, I don’t know. I didn’t ask for any spicy in my food but my food was on fire, like my mouth was hurting. I’ve been coming here for years, I frequently get spice in my food, but this was way hotter than I’ve ever had. I hate complaining about anything because I know people work hard and I was going to try to eat it but it was just too much. So I called them and told them this and they said they didn’t put any spice in it, even though I can feel it in my mouth. But they agreed to make me a new one. When I got there they continued to insist that they didn’t put any spice in it. I don’t get why the kept denying it, it’s not a big deal, everybody makes mistakes and they were making me a new one. Then they told me that they left the bell peppers out in case that’s what was too spicy... are you serious? Bell peppers are not spicy at all. They were being sarcastic with me and rude. I just don’t understand why they were being like this towards me. Terrible...

I tried this restaurant through the app Postmates, & I am so very glad I did!! Not only were the prices beyond great, but the food was phenomenal! The Spring rolls with basil (I think they were $4.95 for 2 very large rolls) were so fresh and delicious and came with a peanut sauce that complimented them nicely. I ordered the red pork pad thai (I believe it was $9.95), and it was also super great, & the portion was very generous! I also ordered the green curry chicken with steamed rice (around $10). The flavors were so rich, the chicken and vegetables and overall portioning were generous, the spiciness was as anticipated (I ordered as it is on the menu), and I couldn't be more pleased!! I was able to add an egg roll at the last minute for a $1, & that was also delicious. It came with a sweet & spicy thai sauce. Another thing that really impressed me was that they didn't use styrofoam in their containers. I appreciate the efforts made in saving our environment from that stuff :) I can't say how very glad I am that I gave them a chance! I will most certainly be ordering from them more often and encouraging others to do...
