Embroidery On Demand — Local services in Fenton

I recently placed an order with this company online. I purchased 75 custom patches for a nonprofit I help lead. Before placing the order, they assured me that turnaround times were a week, and not more than two weeks. So I trusted them and spent $250.

It has now been four weeks. Over the last week and a half I have emailed them twice and called and left a voicemail as well, asking about the status of my order. They have not responded to any one of my communications. Total radio silence. This is unacceptable customer service, particularly given the specific reassurances I asked for before placing my order.

I believe I was intentionally misled into spending money. Even worse, rather than responding and owning up to being delayed but reassuring me the order is being processed, this company has not responded AT ALL.

I do not recommend doing business with someone with such poor customer relations and low trustworthiness.

[Updated] I changed my initial 1-star review to a 3-star review. The owner finally contacted me and explained that she had mixed me up with another customer. Thinking that she had already addressed my issue, she did not respond to my communications. After my last communication, and realizing her mistake, she contacted me to apologize. She also followed up with UPS. Apparently UPS had misplaced the package (which should have been delivered within the originally promised time had UPS done its job). UPS corrected the problem and my package arrived about 3.5 weeks later than expected.

Overall, the company did a good job correcting its mistake once discovered. But I give a 3-star review because of the mistake in mixing me up with another customer and leaving me in the dark for 2+ weeks not knowing what...

They will not fulfill and ship my order placed January 5, 2025. They will not respond to phone messages, text messages, email, or their message center on their website. I have tried to make contact numerous times. They do however take your money. Very frustrating.

March 27,2025 - update.......... Still waiting for response from company. I have left numerous messages...text...and emails.... even went to business location when I was in St Louis area. No one answered the door or phone or text. Are you out of business? If so, communicate that and refund my money. Never do business with these people. You win, I give up trying to find out why you will not communicate with me on my order. Sad. .....

April 2, 2025 Update - order was never shipped or received and the vendor knows this. Calls, messages, texts, emails are never answered... again the vendor knows this. I was at this business in person March 11, 2025. No one came to the door or answered a text while I stood at the door waiting for a reply. The reply never came. Not a surprise. Wow is all I can say.
