Where to begin...well here's the main points: ordered food at 4:27pm and did not get my food until almost 4:50pm happened to be a shift change and no one filled my order. Not only did I keep making 'awkward eye contact' with the girl loading drive thru bags but I had time to drink an ENTIRE Medium drink and refill it. main order still wasn't even started when I went up to the counter, but the side was finished and 'dying at the pass' which was still served to me. Cold and soggy fries AND overly hard and cold chicken fries. no one had any ideas what was happening and I only received the tiniest 'sorry for your wait' in the minkest voice ever 25 mins for a dine in meal is ridiculous. I watched at least 10 cars go through the drive thru AND quite a few of the drive thru people came into the place complaining their orders were wrong or incomplete I don't even think there was a manager present in the BK during the time I was there. And by the time I got my meal and basically CHOKED on it, I was there an hour! ('Fast food'!! NOT EVEN CLOSE) also, fried items are way too Salty to almost inedible for a place known for Whoppers, it was the worst ever. The meat tasted completely fake. The burger was cold. The bacon is fake. And eating a plastic kids player burger would have been better. the chicken fries was literally just breading. No chicken. It may have been because they sat for 25 minutes hardening. But the best thing about them was the BBQ sauce. The 'chicken' absolutely horrible and inedible - I didn't even finish them. feel like if you (as a worker) notice someone Waiting for food for even 10 mins, I would've questioned "what's going on" - no one did. and 25 mins, I would've been at least apologized to by manager/shift lead and refunded the price of the food. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! if BK values anything, your customer should come first! It doesn't matter if it's adults or school aged adults working, there was no customer care as for atmosphere, it seemed hectic to have an entire shift change happen at one time. No wonder everything was a mess, missed, or confusing cleanliness of the inside was poor. Not one time did anyone wipe a table after people ate there when I was present. The tables had crumbs all over them. (There's more but I feel like these are the main bullet points of the experience)
Other BK locations seem to be okay when I have visited them in the past. This is the only one I have troubles at... if you want fast food, go somewhere else or a completely different county for BK. This is way below...
Read moreWhomever was on night crew Saturday night 3/23/24 definitely needs some extra training or consider a different job if they’re really not happy helping customers. There was one person I noticed doing an excellent job, a taller fellow with darker hair and freckles who was on top of everything, he is the one that actually told the three people up front on registers that there was someone behind them, as they had not turned around to help me the first few minutes I stood there. Now, you don’t walk completely facing the wall so they definitely saw me, and chose not to help me. I was picking up an order, not placing, so I was standing in a different area than the registers. One girl saw me and went to help the customer ordering next, no big deal, but the girl next to her just ignored me. Seriously? It really made me feel like I upset them just by walking in there. Then when they finally asked what I needed, and I told them I was just picking up an order (spicy fish and fries, that’s it) the blonde girl didn’t even make eye contact, literally faces the other way and said “it’ll be out…” and I couldn’t even hear what else she said because she turned to her coworker, they gave each other a look that made me feel awful and out of place for just behind there, and I continued to get ignoring until the bag was held in my face, and once I took the bag I again did not exist. I will never come back here, and if you want to be treated like a human being I unfortunately cant really recommend you come here either unless they can figure out the staffing issue. I know the service industry is stressful, but this was by far the WORST I think I’ve ever been treated in a fast food establishment, tied with Wingstop lol. It sucks because Burger King has always been known for “have it your way”, but today it felt like the employees just didn’t even want to...
Read moreThis place I used to absolutely love!! Now it's become ridiculous. I tried to BUY King Sauce and the ladies (girls) told me it was not for sale. I could not order extra even if I got the sandwich it came on. What is happening to this place!? Am I going to have to drive further to another Burger King or just stop going there??? Idk but the ladies (girls) "forgot" my fries and funnel cake fries. I know it was on purpose cause the way they was laughing and giggling about when I went in. So why did they put the fries n funnel cake fries in their own bag, not sure why when all I had was 10 piece chicken nuggets, 4 piece mozzarella stick, and 1 double cheeseburger in a large bag. I have had the bag filled to the top before and now they don't even fill them half way? The thing is they don't realize I'm disabled and going in is difficult after 5 spinal surgeries. I think they just got mad and wanted to do what they could get away with cause while we was at the speaker ordering my friend recorded it n said she was going to post it to social media and they possibly overheard that. I went this past time and I didn't even bother to ask. I only got mozzarella sticks. I didn't want anything else from there. I'm just not happy with the way I was treated or talked to that night by some young girls who think they are better than me. I am always nice and courteous and will give you the benefit of the doubt but do not...
