Culver’s — Restaurant in Fenton

Ordered the salad and a sandwich, Sandwich was decent, I asked about the dressing and they said I get to choose whatever dressing I want I ordered thousand Island... A couple hours later when I wanted to eat my salad there's no dressing so I called them and asked them what they wanted to do to make me whole, Ashley said they never charged me for the dressing so there's nothing they can do for me? Ashley it says on My receipt thousand Island...

If they would have wanted to charge me for the dressing I would have no quarrel... but I mean a salad doesn't come with dressing? it certainly cost me more than $10 to drive back down there, they offered me a coupon for a custard I don't eat sugar at all, I avoid it... And what I'm going to drive down there and get a custard? While I eat my bland salad?

I suggested give me a salad and a dressing and I'll pay you for another dressing that way tomorrow I will have two salads... And I won't feel like they owe me...

First if you don't charge for the dressing you should charge for the dressing it's not free it should be in the cost of the salad...

What's already understood need not be explained. I love the answer though receipt says 1000 Island... But we're not charging you for it when you call them so they don't owe you ... The height of insanity.

Dalene Curtis, the manager there, is AWESOME . I had surgery on my shoulder & was having a bit of trouble trying to carry my order out to my car and she jumped right in & helped me carry my stuff to my car !!! She is always the friendliest manager there, unlike some of the other ones. She always has a smile on her face & a kind word to share with everyone. The other manager is always running in the back to get the "big boss" mark the minute we walk in the door ?? It was really nice to see Darlene there tonight & not feel like I was being treated like a common criminal for once !!! So Thank you Darlene for making me feel welcome !!! When the other manager is working, we have made it a habit to visit a different store !! But it was great to see you again !!! Your always so friendly and professional to be around . The other manager must not like her job ?? She isn't friendly at all :( The rest of the employees are nice and friendly also !! ALWAYS Pleasant & courteous !!! I love the food and strawberry cheesecake contretes, that's why I keep going back. If I know "SHE'S " working, I go to another store !!! Culver's is awesome and im not going to let a rude , ignorant manager keep me away from something I enjoy !!! I'll just enjoy it at another...

I mainly come here for the concrete mixers about once every 2 months. Today I had a doctors appointment, got good results & decided to treat myself & boyfriend. We ordered our food, it came out fast & was good as always. Decided to get our favorite mixers, walked up & ordered then walked back to my table to wait. After 15 minutes, no mixers. In the meantime we got to listen to all the employees behind the counter laughing & having a good ole time. I went back up to the counter to find out why it was taking so long to discover that my mixers are just sitting there on the counter. I was told they were rang up as full custard (I didn't order them that way) & they could re make them or give me a refund. I was a little upset after hearing all the commotion from the employees so I said refund & left. I work in retail but why were the mixers just sitting there when there were at least 12 employees standing around doing nothing. I won't be back for quite a...
