I am so pleased with the service. I had spoke with Jon H. on the phone on Saturday. I was supposed to go into the actual store today. However, I had a bout of nausea and wasn't able to make it into the actual store, but I really wanted to have my rings checked and cleaned as well as shop for diamond studs for my second piercing. So, my husband volunteered to drop my rings off for me and take pictures of earrings for me. But, I wanted to see them using video. My husband spoke to Jon and he agreed to help me pick out my new earrings using Video! Jon was very professional and had a sense of humor, which I loved! Now talk about service and a good use of technology. I was thrilled! When my husband brought my earrings home, they were perfect size and exactly what I wanted. Plus, during my video shopping, I spoke with Jon about another set of earrings was looking to purchase. I described what I was looking for and he was able to show me a few options. I described another set I had seen online and Jon told me they didn't have them at the Fenton store. But he knew what I was talkinb about...Good news... Jon told me he would check the other Medawar stores to see if the earrings I wanted were available. I can honestly say that I have shopped at JB, Fred Meyers and other jewelers, but this is by far the best service I have had and an actual person who was willing to go the extra mile using technology to help me! He is a keeper Medawar. Also, the store manager was very friendly too! I appreciate the fast and courteous manner in which they conducted business. You have a life time...

DO NOT GO HERE! I went here searching for the engagement ring and left unsatisfied and upset. The rings here have zero character in my opinion and every time you go here you get someone else. Their financing is horrendous. +25% compounded interest.. I have a 740 credit score... What tops off this whole experience is after I went to another place in Fenton which I had a tremendous experience with. A month rolls around and I received a credit card in the mail from Medawar Jewelers! After sitting down with him just talking about financing options after he ran my credit we came to an agreement that I was going to look elsewhere. HE SUBMITTED ME FOR THE CARD!! So today I just had to close a card with $0 balance with a credit limit of $6200... So if you want to buy a ring from a place that does some shady business to get you to buy from their financing partner, go for it! If I were you I would look elsewhere. Not only that, I urge you to look elsewhere. There are so many other jewelers in Fenton that are not franchises that are money hungry that actually care about your experience and your future marriage. I came to this store to buy my wife some pandora charms for the holidays. Well let s just say the staff isn't friendly at all. I stood there for roughly 45 min. Before anyone asked to help me. Not to mention the fact that it was a guy standing behind me, and the lady looked past me and asked him if he needed help! Another woman told me she would get with me and helped someone else. Then a young lady asked a guy (who just walked in) "could I help you ?" And he says "I believe this guys was here first." So she felt obligated to wait on me at that point. I never felt so insulted in my life... I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone! My father in-law has had a similar Experiance at this same location. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! Save yourself time and frustration and go to any other jewelry store but Medawar! I really hate this place and how they disrespect people! No one deserves that! NO ONE! And I wouldn't even give them a star but yahoo forces you to do that so... I guess they get a star from me... But know its not from me! More...
