I ordered online canvases in the beginning of June. It said to expect them June 11. I kept checking order status and it says in production. So finally I call Customer Service on it today. (Part of this was my dads Fatherâs Day present). They said itâs supposed to be printed at the fergus falls location and shipped. Not even sure why it went to the fergus location as I live almost 2 hours from there. Anyways she calls the fergus location and checks on it for me and puts me on speaker but mute so I can hear what they say. The lady was rude and said that my order has been sitting there but they need the copyright and they have tried to contact me multiple times. (There was also no spot to upload the copy right when I sent the order in. I guess youâre supposed to upload it like youâre having a picture printed out and I have not been contacted once.) So now I go try to upload it and have it printed in fergus and itâs telling me Iâm out of the 40 mile radius. So then I call the store to ask for an email. Im not even mad about this until after this phone call. I explain to the lady whatâs going on and she said that it shouldnât matter Iâm not in the 40 mile radius cause itâs being shipped. I understand that but it wouldnât let me. I kept asking for an email and she kept talking over me trying to explain how to do it, that the message maybe went to junk and that theyâve been trying to contact me. She finally gives me an email to send it to. I did. She then forwards me the ONE email she sent 6/9 and it is sent to an email with a spelling error on their behalf. Iâm not one to leave poor reviews but the attitude is unacceptable. Be kind always.. you never know what someone else is...

They say no and I told them I have been waiting at the window 15 min and nobody so much as looked at me. 7 cars behind me. Unbelievable! Plenty of pharm techs walking around, a couple standing talking, but nobody working the window.
Switched my prescription to mail order without letting me know, then typed in wrong date on rx to insurance co so when I needed a refill, it sat in some other store, which I assume was the mail order distribution center,, it kept getting rejected because insurance co has a refill too soon note. Finally got in straightened out after 2 weeks of phone calls back and forth, talked to pharmacist to alert them of the problem so they could let employees know to double check dates, but he, the pharmacist, didn't want to hear it. Will be switching to different pharmacy. The other issues is many times I have a rx to be picked up and still have to wait over an hour to get it because they are "working on it they need to check to make sure it is filled before calling to tell you to come pick it up. ...
Read moreAfter finally receiving a prescription for my sick child I went to Walgreens to pick it up. We pulled up to the drive-thru window and the tech working asked what I needed. I said I was picking up for my child and she said they were currently out of that medication and that I would need to contact other pharmacies to see if they had it. I was almost speechless as I have never been told to track a prescription down myself and I wasn't sure what it was called and instead of writing it down for me she spelled it out. I have never heard of someone having to locate their own prescription medicine. Any time I have needed a prescription, if the pharmacy was out (not Walgreens), the tech or pharmacist would locate it and transfer the prescription if needed. I already felt helpless not being able to make my child feel better and felt hopeless after leaving Walgreens. I think I will be taking my...
