My friend and I came in for what was supposed to be a relaxing massage and facial, but unfortunately, our experience was anything but that. We paid a significant amount for a facial that consisted only of a black peeling mask that was harshly ripped off our faces—it felt like glue being torn away. My friend even broke out on her leg during her massage, and she doesn’t have sensitive skin. I also received the “head spa treatment,” which was very uncomfortable. The technician repeatedly let my head drop instead of setting it down gently. When the treatment ended, my hair was completely drenched, matted, and dripping down my back. The photo attached was taken after I had already started brushing it out. The pictures and descriptions online are misleading, and the services we received did not reflect what was advertised. Man I'm not sure what happened. Went in for a massage and came out in more pain then when I went in. Back and arm hurt way more. I figured it was just me being tender from getting my muscles worked out...... wrong. The person who massaged me dropped more elbow on me and dug into me then all pro wrestling matches combined. Not a good feeling. Will not return. It's been a few days and I'm still sore in the areas that were dug in hard.

Just as an FYI I have had deep tissue massages and have had several massages in my time. This is the only one that actually caused pain instead of reducing it. I could just be the odd man out.
