Horrible technical support, on hold for over an hour and still havenāt talked to anyone. The equipment line is so proprietary to their parts only which makes Lennox clients limited to getting issues resolved at a standard time frame.
Lennox customer support is also a mess when it comes to internal communications and competence with their own products is competitive to an Xfinity CSR with their products... Barely beginners level of understanding.
As a technician needing further support from a factory authorized support specialist, Iād expect Lennox to have advanced knowledge with any of their frontline support techs. DONT GO LENNOX, Iād prefer TRANE OR AMERICAN STANDARD- sheesh Iād rather take a Payne unit...

We are requesting info for over a month now for them to tell us who did they use as broker on these loads and they are refusing to cooperate.
