My family has been State Farm customers but never again. If negative stars were an option I would leave those. Apparently the office manager Cameron Stewart needs to go back to basics on customer service. His lack of professionalism, kindness and down right rudeness was shocking while on a 3-way call with myself a former customer and their total loss division representative. I guess he forgot he's on a recorded line and when he was laughing at me when I explained that due to an error that State Farm had made with my claim by checking a box indicating it was an at fault accident for a claim that was actually a no fault/no liability Comprehensive claim which has doubled my auto rates. When the total loss rep spoke up to Cameron he told us I needed to tell my current insurance company to reimburse me since they had overcharged me after State Farm mistakenly reported I was at fault. Cameron suggested I could sue their company. Really?? Who does that? Cameron then asked us if there was anything else we needed, as he had other appointments at 4:54 pm on a Friday evening. I continued speaking with the total claims rep and she apologized profusely for Cameron's unprofessional behavior and said she was so embarrassed by his representation of the company. I've been trying to get this resolved for months and have been been paying for this mistake for 16 months. I will definitely be reporting this to the state insurance commissioners office. Worst customer service ever. Cameron needs a career change. Maybe dog excrement remover expert would be better personality fit and when he treats his customers like he treated me, they can bite him.    Read moreAs of approximately 6 month agoI switched from my many years homeowners and auto insurance full coverage policy for over and almost 30 years to State Farm homeowners and Automotive full coverage..I was very surprised how my past insurance company had raised my monthly rates dramatically...and with very good excellence driving record and very little claims for over three decades. OK at age 70 being a good boy and my wif will agree.we'll not much consideration for the elderly good driving record and responsible home owners. They wouldn't even let me have a cookie from the jar..So I called state farm and they quoted me a amazing discount and monthly price that I couldn't not find any ware else..there team is so darn Awsome were willing to work with me ... to get the best policy the savings is real! a good thing especially these days many of us,with great uncertainty and hardship for many as most of us working class and especially us on fixed income are Currently experiencing..Could not have come at a better time when the economy is at a all time high dollars saved is a dollar earned saving is a big big deal.Thank you all Cam'ron Candy and the many staff very good...
   Read moreThis location handles all of my state farm policies (6 different policies) and they're fantastic. I was with my old agent for 20yrs, and ended up changing to this office. I called and spoke with Crystal today as my hubby & I got a new car, and needed to swap out our old one. Talk about full service! Crystal reviewed my policy, and gave me a ton of different options & recommendations as to what to add or not add. She is well versed, & gave me information on additional policies that would be beneficial for me & my family; she clearly communicated the value in all of their different offerings. She was very conscious of my finances, and made sure I got the most bang for my buck. She was a wealth of knowledge, & was able to answer almost all of my questions. The ones she wasn't sure about she took the time to look up the answer. I really appreciated that she was patient, detailed, charismatic, trustworthy and well informed.
