After many hours trying to find the perfect patio furniture online, I was given the recommendation for Summer House by a friend. I instantly loved the curated style of furniture on their site. I reached out by email and got wonderful personalized design advice from Shaun. He was really helpful in answering any questions and looked into specific inquiries that I had. I have not shopped here, but I do deliver here. The receiving manager is a very nice person to deal with. They received 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. first come first serve. Semi truck drivers, for your first time in there the best way to do it is just before that 90 degree right hand corner, turn right into the car parking lot and head straight back to the dock. The quality of the items we bought-- 2 umbrellas and 2 stands are high quality and well worth the price. The staff who work at the Tacoma store are phenomenal, responsive and friendly. Big shout out to Shaun-- who was patient and professional with me as I revised my order. The staff who delivered our items were wonderful--- friendly, respectful, and put our items together quickly.
