I had given this place a 5 star review but the service has dropped badly. I have been using the app to have my order delivered since I don't have a car. There has been 4 problems. One I accidently ordered Pickup and when I called the to change it to Delivery I was told there was nothing the could do. The food had already been made. They told me to call the main office. So I lost almost $30 dollars the other 3 issues was delivery of my food not being delivered, they use Doordash. One of the times that I did not get my food, I had watched the driver, on the app, drive past my apt then go the other way. Then it showed the they pulled up to the entrance and all the sudden it said delivered. I was standing outside and no one showed up. So I called the store and that started a bouncing ball service calls. I was told by the store to call Doordash, Doordash told me to call the store and so on. That lasted almost two hours. I was then told to call the main office again. There is no customer service number. You have to fill out a info page as to what happened. 3x's I filled it out and I have not heard back from them. The 4th time I did I heard back via Email. They asked me to email back store information. I sent the email and I have not heard one word back from them. I have emailed back asking if I would hear back and all I got was crickets. Read moreI’m only giving a 5 star review because of Flor! I am a couple months late with my review. I called in and even though there was a language barrier she understood what I was asking and cleared up my question. Her customer service was amazing! On top of her being fast and efficient while making my order. She even let me know which coupons were not working for future reference. She also mentioned to me that some coupons weren’t working because of the system and I felt bad cause she said customers would get upset with her but she has no control over that situation. In my opinion the owners should make a sign and put that on the front door so customers know and that way they don’t take it out on the workers. In the past I avoided this subway even though it’s a 5min drive from my house because the customer service was garbage but Flor makes me come back. The Fife police dispatcher kept me on the phone for good 20 min., I guess he was hoping that I'd hang up for waiting that long. Well I didn't!! Next thing that dispatcher told me was to be at the place the incident happened and a police will meet me there. I ask how the police will get a hold of me when I told him I'm using this subways phone. Dispatcher said, and officer will be in contact face to face. I went and park waiting on the police for 30 min. No POLICE OFFICER ever showed up. I then went back to this subway and ask the attendants if they received a phone call. The attendant (islander) Samoan accent said yes the police, and I ask if they're coming; that attendant said no, so I ask to use the phone again, and she told me THE POLICE SAID NOT TO GIVE ME THE PHONE!!!!!ARE YOU FOR REAL FIFE POLICE??!?!
