Edited to add: the owners responded and said they did try to call about this specific order described below. I’m very glad! Although I didn’t receive any calls, maybe they called our office instead of my phone by accident or maybe my phone sent it straight to voicemail since it was an unknown number. Either way, I’m glad they clarified and I would be open to using them again in the future.
Very expensive for less than great quality. I’ve used them several times for different occasions (birthday arrangement, flowers for a big event, etc) and every time I’m disappointed with the flowers and with the interactions with the people running the shop. One time I wanted to order an expensive, extensive order of specific flowers and they said they would look into it and let me know if they could do it. I never heard back from them, so I went ahead and picked up flowers from somewhere else. Then I got a bill from them demanding payment. I asked them if they could possibly fix the wrist corsage I had purchased from another florist that had done a less than stellar job with it. The staff were so friendly and helpful!
