We talked for about 10 minutes, and Dave informed me right over the phone what the problem was, and that there would not be a way to fix it. Very professional and friendly the whole time. Admitting defeat, I brought my computer here for repair. They were very nice, offered different options for rates and speediness of repair. I chose the middle offering, had my computer back in three days working like the day it was new. I will bring it back if I run into anything in the future...
