Yeager’s Modern Man — Local services in Findlay

If I was able to give zero stars I absolutely would. Me and my wife just had our wedding July 6th. We had 5 men go in to get suits, they were all measured and we told Yeager's the color (Navy Blue) and that we needed vests and pants.

I need to mention that we had gotten ahold of them and gotten measured 2 weeks before the wedding and they assured us they could get all the men measured up and have our suits with time to get anything else we needed.

Mistake 1, all the pants came back black. Yeagers ARGUED with us about what the color was...like seriously? You're gonna argue with your CUSTOMERS when we already told you what we wanted? Like, "Yes we want to look absolutely ridiculous with blue vests and black pants, please."

Mistake 2, 1 guys shirt was a 4XL when it shouldve been an XL. Another guy was given a 3XL shirt and a 2XL vest and his pants were about 11 inches bigger than measured. Again they argued with us.

Mistake 3, we had requested suspenders for our guy who had been given huge pants(SINCE IT WAS TOO LATE TO GET ANOTHER PAIR AT THIS POINT), we were told someone would bring them to the church and they never showed...Ultimately...we had to make due with what we had because we couldn't depend on this place to give us WHAT WE PAID FOR.

This is the absolute worst place ive ever been to when it comes to getting suits, I just cant believe we had to argue with them and to top it off...Me and my wife requested that they didn't bother us with updates on the suits because we were busy with wedding plans, but to get ahold of my men that were getting their suits and they just outright didn't listen. They won't listen to anything and they think they know best.

I 1000% recommend you rummage a dumpster for a suit, you'll have better luck finding what you want there instead of...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING A SUIT FROM THIS PLACE.

I went in to get measured, picked a suit from a catalog (with nothing to try on), and was told I could pay when it arrived. They agreed and said they’d call when it came in. A week before my wedding still no call. I called them, and that’s when they told me the suit was never ordered because I hadn’t paid yet. No one informed me this was required upfront. I paid immediately, and when the suit finally arrived, it fit HORRIBLY. The measurements were way off. The jacket was huge, so I ordered a smaller one that was supposed to be delivered overnight. That took two days. I asked for a refund that same day and was told I couldn’t get one because it’s a rental even though I never wore the suit. So I wasted over $200 on a suit I didn’t even use. Delivery timelines were all inaccurate, communication was terrible, and no one took accountability. I had to go out and buy a brand new suit the day before my wedding. When I returned the rental, I explained I didn’t use it, and still no apology, no refund, not even a gesture to make things right. A partial refund would’ve gone a long way. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Avoid this place...

The staff was kind, but the suits for the wedding party was messed up. We drove to the establishment on 4 occasions just for the 3 men in our house. They gave us the wrong color and they messed up the measurements. When the men asked for different sizes the staff argued. The bride and groom were so upset. I could go into more detail but I won’t. We will never use this business again. It was nothing but a headache and we don’t recommend them unless you want to be stressed out.

Edited since I am unable to reply: I am glad you identified the root cause. We weren’t informed of that finding. The bride was also told we might be given partial refund for all of our trouble. That has not been addressed. And two of the men in the party had to rig the pants since there were no belt loops, and you guys measure them over 10 inches bigger than what they are so they could fit a bell around their waist. Otherwise, their pants would have fell to the floor. Again, this is another reason why we as a wedding party would not recommend this business. Because while we have aired our grievances in private and now in public, you all have argued both times. It is unprofessional and unappreciated....
