Gathering Wine — Restaurant in Findlay

The gather never disappoints. My wife and I have been there a dozen times over the last 3 or 4 years. It's pricey but worth it. They have excellent wait staff, true chefs and excellent mixologists (not bartenders). We went there after trying something different at another Findlay restaurant which we hadn't been to in years. The was my second visit to the Gathering, and it had been almost a year since my last. It was okay. The wine was great and I thought reasonably priced. However the food was just okay. I had the Salmon and it was overcooked. Not inedible, but definitely not a $30+ piece of fish. What a huge waste of time. 25 minutes before the waiter acknowledged we were there to bring a menu, 20 more minutes till he brought the wine. It was a really nice wine. 20 more minutes before he brought us the bill, spoiler alert. We were charged $15. to drink there.
