I ordered an Al Pastor Burrito, and grabbed some of the pickled Serrano peppers and pickled onions on the side, and holy moly. The flavors were exploding the entire time I was eating it. Then the pickled Serranos add a perfect kick of heat, followed up by a bite into a piece of pineapple resulting in a burst of sweetness ….you get the picture. You gotta try this place!

Taqueria los olivos exceeded my expectations a lot! The pastor taco is phenomenal! This is the best tasting taco I have ever had in Madison.
