The store itself is nice and convenient and has an ok selection. The prices, though, are very high and obviously a significant price gouge. However, an employee (Scott) should not be working there. He is extremely rude, loud, distasteful, and overall disrespectful. Im a military veteran and very well mannered. The way he spoke to me and another customer was honestly mind-boggling. I've also heard from multiple people that they've experienced the same treatment. After realizing I wasn't amused he played it off as "joking" so If you enjoy being spoken to like you're stupid and below him, I suggest bypassing this store and enjoying the drive to the Williams True value. You'll also find better prices, selection, and return policies since this store doesn't offer ANY, even if you're local and a regular customer. It's the only hardware store.in Valle, AZ. Very incomplete store. Several times K have gone there, they didn't have what I was looking for. I then had to drive to ACE Hardware in Williams, 30 miles away. Inside of the building needs lots of repair. Most floors are uneven. A mixed match of stone and wood, and easy to fall there. Excellent service! Staying at Grand Canyon and had a non operating generator. The closest hardware store to the Grand Canyon, so I stopped in to see if I could find some parts (spark plug and socket set). The staff helped me out with the spark plug (they have a wide variety of merchandise... much more than I expected) and went so far as to refer me to a local mechanic with the very specific socket size I needed.
