We were sooo hungry after exploring grab Grand Canyon for 5-6 hrs. And we wanted to make it the Cameron trading post but glad we decided to stop here instead. What a nice find in the middle of nowhere on the side of the highway. We ran into the Fred’s and Grand Canyon station and there weren’t any good things to eat and prices were ridiculous. And we looked up Leoncitos and saw pics and solid reviews. Loved it! Super friendly couple working the food truck. We ordered a pork burrito, cheese quesadilla, 3 chicken sope combo with beans and rice, and 2 pork tómales. All were delicious!! And you could tell the tortillas were fresh and homemade. I have been coming to this little Gem as long as they have been running and they are amazing! I am obsessed with the Quesabirria which is a Birria Quesadilla, get the consome with it and their tacos come with the right amount of meat are delicious.

In my opinion this food truck stands as the best food in this area and is as authentically Mexican as you will ever have!

We were staying near here last night and there weren't a lot of food options. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was! We asked the gas station employees if they had ever had food here and they highly recommended the tacos and sopas. We ordered and they were very friendly. We took our food back to our room and WOW.
