If I could give negative stars in this location I would do so. I took my mower in to have a valve stem and belt replaced. Was told it would be a week or two. After two weeks I called and they had not gotten to it yet. Same thing at three weeks. Finally they order the belt after four weeks. When I called to ask about it, they said I actually needed two belts and was told the battery was so dead it couldn’t be charged and needed replaced. I told them not to replace it since they had told me the same thing the time before and I had a new battery both times. Was quoted around $220 with the battery and $180 without. I told them to get it done without the battery. Finally was able to pick it up six weeks to the day after dropping it off. Went to pay and was told the bill was $340. When I asked why it was so much, they said the quote might have not included the labor and just been parts. Parts were around $120 so that didn’t add up to the $180 quote either and the labor for replacing a belt and valve stem was absolutely ridiculous. When I told them I wasn’t paying they dropped the price to $240. Just wanting to be done with them I paid and they pulled my mower around. No mention of the battery that they told me was to dead to even charge. That dead battery appeared just fine. When I asked about the battEry they said it just needed tightened up. I’m no mechanic but I think I could have figured that out and clearly they didn’t actually check the charge on the battery as they had said. Glad I didn’t pay them for the battery also. Bill would have likely been $500. Will never be back there for anything and will tell everyone else to avoid...

We did extensive research and visited several other dealerships before deciding on a trip to Flemingsburg. Rude staff needs training. Tried to buy an ATV for my son for Christmas and was ghosted. Ended up buying an ATV at Gateway Cycles. I was lied to by the Morehead store and told my Cub Cadet Pro Z warranty only would cover parts and not labor. Both of their stores are horrible.
