I bought a brand new fridge from Lowe’s 4 months ago that went out!!! It has a manufacture Warrenty but Fridgadare is giving me a run around. I have 3 kids I can not go without a fridge for weeks maybe months. I called many rental places and none of them would help they said they only did went to own. Called rent to own Flemingsburg and talked to Adam the manager he was so helpful and said I can rent you a fridge long as you will need one. He did the application , the payment, everything over the phone I didn’t even have to go over there. They brought me the fridge the next day. Jason the delivery guy was so nice and helpful. He brought it in, plugged it up, took all the packaging off and showed me how to adjust the temperature if needed and gave me extra hinges and the owner manual. I want to thank both Adam and Jason for all their help and we now have a fridge.
