My mother had an account with this company & lived on very little but always paid her bill. She passed away in 2015. She had a large deposit in there. They allowed someone to come in sign a paper and let them leave with her deposit of over 200$. I tried to talk to them yesterday about this and rude wasn't the word for how badly they talk to me. It was columbus day and the banks were closed. I had cash but was at work and can only leave for my lunch break at 10am. I had a positive balance of 3$ on my electric and called telling them i could not put my $ in the bank to pay with my card. Read moreToday my power unexpectedly went out. I called the Power Outage Hotline to report my concern. The nice lady on the line asked for my name, address, and the nature of my problem. She was kind, courteous, and assured me that someone would be here to investigate the problem. In about an hour and half later two gentlemen pulled into my driveway with their service vehicle.
