Subway — Restaurant in Flemingsburg

Zero stars!!! We stopped by there last night 6/12/25 at just before 8pm . We waited for the employee to finish helping the customer before us....which seemed like a long wait for one sandwich....finally when we stepped up to the counter to order our sandwiches, she told us, under her breath, they were closed....it was a little after 8! She wouldn't even look at us, just stood there and quietly told us she was closed, I had to ask just to be sure I heard her right and sure enough she said yes, she was closed. They lost not only us but the customer behind us as well. I guess getting good quality employees who are willing to do the job they are getting paid to do is hard to come by these days! Needless to say we will not be back, we were regular customers but we'll just drive out to Maysville, like we did last night, at least they were customer oriented and willing to take our order in a friendly manner. Today my husband stopped at subway in flemingsburg. Very wrong idea. I wanted to try the new California turkey/guacamole sandwich. Horrible! First thing the two girls that were working explained that they both were new. So they didn’t know how to make this sandwich. The wheat bread was as hard as a hockey puck! Then they explained that they didn’t know how to wrap which was very noticeable when he got home. The turkey slices were still all folded the way it is when they take it out of the package. Not separate as each single slice. So that made all of my meat of the sandwich only in the middle. What a gross mess. And why would management let two new girls work alone with no...

I walked into the gas station apple market and walked up to the subway counter where I was greeted by Kelly the store manager everything looks so nice and neat and clean fresh I purchased a sub and it was delicious I will be back for more subway and I’ll tell my friends thank you for keeping such a nice store clean and neat . Everyone one here is very friendly nice...
