You know what do you say about Smiley's Flea Market I'm going to tell you the truth here I've been coming up here for over 10 years I've been in the wholesale business my whole life I brought my own business my whole life and I have sold at hundreds of flea markets 10 years ago Smiley's was one of the best flea markets around the table rent was fair most people come through Warfare management with treated you good now since they'll open the flea market said just yard sale stuff mostly and they've run all the wholesalers off and retailers outside the flea market has done nothing but downgrade it used to be one of the most consistent flea markets anywhere around I personally still go up there two or three times a month I've been selling in the same spot for 10 years and I've been dealing with a lot of the vendors that still come up there for a lot more than 10 years and a while back couple weeks ago we had just got set up it was about 6:30 in the morning at about 7 they come by to collect the rent and they been doing this now for the last 6 to 8 months to a year and don't get me wrong I'm not poor and I ain't rich but I had the money in my pocket to pay for the table rent and I had only two tables and I told the girl that it should come on by by all I had was some change money with me that would be glad to pair what she was knew she said and call the owner or one of the management people out there in about 30-40 minutes later he said I heard you didn't want to pay you rent or you didn't have money to pay you rent ice let me tell you some as long as I had was a change money and the girl didn't have change for $100 bill and I said I don't appreciate her calling you and then sending you over here to downgrade me in front of my friends and family and we have loud talk to the girl was very disrespectful my girlfriend even told him the same thing and you know this is something if your regular dealer you'll notice is to they come by so early to collect the rent cuz you're afraid you're going to sell a few things in jet and they're worried about it going to rain in El come by and collect your money early what they're doing they're losing thousands of dollars because like I told him on the phone when I call and complain to couple of weeks ago they come by so early they're missing all the people that watch them come outside the money then they set up around 9 or 9:30 and they stay all day Wireless read my guys in ladies is paying our spot fees and they're getting to sell for free and we're getting cheated and we're having to pay for everything and they're getting by without paying nothing so I called two to three weeks ago and told him about the people didn't pay that day and they call me a liar and I'm one of the regular customers me coming over I said for 10 years so you know what I say if I don't straighten up we should all boycott Smileys and go to Barnyard Greer or go to your own backup flea market because if they don't appreciate us I don't appreciate them this is coming from a true loyal customer of Smileys and business person so you know what if you don't straighten up we're going to haul ship out you have a Merry Christmas and I will take...

How would I describe the restroom facilities? My response to that is that is the one and only issue I had during my visit at Smiley's flea market was actually involving the restroom. I am extremely thankful that the lady employee was cleaning the bathrooms however she had one side shut completely down for a good 10-12 minutes that I did stand in line. the open side had 13 ladies ahead of me waiting in line when I told the worker who was on her phone via blue tooth that I could not hold it as I walked over her cleaning sign and into a stall she said" excuse me ma'am can you not read the sign clearly says that this side is closed for cleaning"I said with all due respect there's 13 people ahead of me and I'm going to use the bathroom on myself if I do not go to the bathroom right now, I do apologize that I had to interrupt your cleaning /telephone time however there would have been a larger messier mess that would have had to of been cleaned up had I not of came into the stall to prevent from urinating all over myself. I truly apologize and I hope you understand that I just could not hold it. The lady rolled her eyes and about that time a man came across the walkie-talkie she had on her hip and told her that he told her to keep both lanes open because the ladies line was rather long. I feel as if that woman could have been a lot nicer to me as I do know how to read which is the reason why I got her attention and apologized to her cause I couldn't hold it anymore. Maybe instead of closing down the lanes at 12:00 lunch you could redo your cleaning schedule hours to accommodate customers a bit better. And to the older lady who was cleaning the bathrooms and asked me if I could read honey if you're that miserable at your job just quit your strong quality does not include working with the public. You embarrassed me for having to use the restroom. And you belittled me by asking if I could read while I was apologizing to you....

What a nightmare! Suggest stay away!!!!! Reserved 3 tables for Saturday and Sunday talked to a woman told her I have a 26ft inclosed trailer asked if I would be able to get it in and out ok she was like ya u can park behind tables. Not that case at all had to jack knife it unhook and hock back up to get out getting harassed the whole time by the table next to me because his cousin has rented it for the month that guy was off to my left and on the right another character harassing me saying you can't be here I had to leave because the double booked the tables the guy was renting those tables by the month no excuse for that so I left called them and asked for a refund they refused sad I could of had a different table ya ok like I'm gonna try to get that trailer in a different spot to find out someone e already paid for that beware of this place any place that is so dishonest that they won't refund you after they made a huge mistake cost you $40 to $50 in gas plus cost of tables i never was able to use also won't refund you that's nobody I would ever do business with again there's flea markets in Marion in South Carolina that are much more reputable we reserved Saturday if we need another day they told us we can reserve it so all this is over like somewhere around $45 really these people can't afford to refund $45 after I spent more than that in fuel I just don't get it maybe I'm not thinking clearly I'm not sure what...
