This place used to be awesome filled with excitement for my kids with all the candy and games to play with and the mini arcade systems they had. Went today and they have gotten rid of all of that stuff didn’t have any flavors for cones. Ice creme flavors were different. Environment was awful it was like ughhh people they have hired completely new no personality staff and only open 3 hours a day during the summer means this place is going out of business. We asked what was going on and was told new management well NEW MANAGEMENT YOUR NOT DOING GOOD. This placed is doomed to fail with this type of drastic changes my kids asked to not go back here to just go to Babals down the road instead. Good variety of flavors and ice cream was great. They do make the waffle cones after you order and tell them what flavor cone you want. I've never seen this before and it seems to slow down service. Then you are handed a very hot cone, with ice cream inside that is melting. I was transferring the cone from hand to hand because it was so hot, while trying to pay the cashier. At this point we realized the cones were dripping melted ice cream all over. All over the floor, the table, our hands and clothing. Odd way serve waffle cones. After we finished eating , we cleared the table of multitude of napkins we had used, wiped melted ice cream off our table and the floor, then went to restroom to wash mess off our hands. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by the most friendly faces and their 20 (amazingly unique) ice cream flavors. We came in to try their NEW Ramen and Poke bowl menu, it was some of the best ramen my partner and I have ever had! The size isn’t overwhelming, I- as a small woman, was able to finish it and still eat ice cream afterwards. The broth for the both the chicken and spicy ramen was so delicious, we drank almost every last drop. Very affordable, we didn’t have to wait, and just the best couple! Please support this small...
