(UPDATE: The situation has been rectified. The general manager called me personally, apologized, explained the mistake that was made and made things right for this visit.) After 2 visits, I won't be back. Went on 6/14/25 for the first time and got a low energy budtender that acted like he didn't even want to serve me. After the transaction was complete I asked the male budtender what they do for customer birthdays. He told me, "We give free 8th's for your birthday 'MONTH' ". I asked him again, "For the whole month?" and he said, "Yeah, the whole MONTH". I said, "Hell, let me get it now, my birthday is tomorrow (6/15)". He looked so disappointed that I had requested it and seemed unwilling to give it. He then said, "Just come back tomorrow" (and like a dummy), I said "OK". But I was unable to go back on 6/15. Fast forward to 6/28/25. I go back and I get a new budtender who is female, I tell her I want to use my 40% off and get my birthday 8th. She said, "OK, when is your birthday?". I told her my birthday and she said, "Sorry, it has to be the same day of your birthday". I told her that I was told by another budtender that it was the whole month. She asked if I see that same budtender in the store. As I looked around the male budtender was walking towards us. I said, "This is him right here". And he looked confused and said, "What I do?". I told him what he told me, I could receive a 8th this month for my birthday. He said, "I don't remember you". The female budtender asked me what date did I come in. After checking the date, she looked at him and said, "He's right, you were his budtender on this date". And then the male budtender, being the piece of lying trash that he is said, "I remember telling you it had to be in the same week". What a liar. He went from not remembering me to remembering he told me it was a week. If it was only a week, why didn't you want to give it to me on 6/14? I don't like people like him or businesses that hire people like him or how the situation was handled. The female budtender should've seen his lie and got a manager to rectify the situation, instead, she brushed it off and they lose a customer. I should've walked out but I still made a purchase (dummy again). But I won't be back and I'm telling others not to go. I'm going to look for my receipt to get his name, if I don't find it, I'll call the location to get it. I don't want this guy serving anyone I know, especially during a birthday. I've been raised on "if its too good to be true, it probably is" so i was skeptical at first, but knowing how at every other cannabis place they give new customers the free products they advertise without any purchase. I thought I would he fine, guess not. So when I go in there i was greeted with decent customer service from the girl up front, but she had pushed YOUR COMPANIES policy about having to purchase $10. This is extremely dishonest for a company to lure people into their establishment offering free stuff, but then claiming it's not free. There was a "see disclaimer for details" at bottom, but no mention of a $10 purchase. All it said is that "any item listed as "free" on the coupon, must be legally purchased for 1 penny" the whole point of these coupons is so people can get a feel of the atmosphere and test the product so then next time they come, if they like it, they can use the other coupons and actually spend money. But yeah not a good way to start. Now all i think is this company is shady, thinks their consumers are dumb, and y'all lack integrity because what probably happened is y'all gave it for free at first, but then realized you guys were losing $ and product and changed it after it was...

I don't come to Flint very often and where we live, we don't have many dispensary options, so it was very nice to spend less money here for the same supply where I live. Update (01/22/25): I was helped by the other Kallie, I think, and I came in and purchased what was supposed to be 4 indica infused joints of the same kind and she put 2 others in that are hybrid. I only buy indica, and these hybrid became an issue for my pain. They don't work the same. I unfortunately have to bring the star rating I had previously down because I had a pain trial finish right before coming here, and it was a letdown to have a chunk of my order basically missing. I don't drive and live in Highland, so this trip isn't as easy to take twice when Uber is your mode of transport. It is part of my fault, so I'll be triple checking my orders...
