I can't wait to write this one here. Sooo, here we go. The place was decent. Jeremiah was friendly and helpful. They approved me for 2500$ in credit thru their credit card. 12 months same as cash. No interest. Sounded good. I'm 6 or 7 months into my year. Was 2 days late on my 7 or 8th payment. Got called and spoke to with no sense. Like I had borrowed money from bruh down the street. Literally speaking out the side of her neck to me. No manners, threatening to repo my furniture. I call the furniture store, " oh yeah we heard the had an aggressive collections dept." Now I'm late, and I gotta pay. 40$ late fee. Isn't that enough. Anyway, so I call the td card retail number back thinking that it was just a bad worker. Express my concerns, to what I hope is someone reasonable and professional. He makes a notation in my account that I will be making a payment when I'm back from vacation. Assures me that is the end of the calls. WRONG!! 4 or 5 times a day as late as 7pm. I was called again two days after I told the company I would make the payment because I still hadn't. They caught me w my Bluetooth speaker on and I couldn't see who was calling. I told them where they could put it. Ohhh also my furniture is falling the f apart....

I was looking for furniture and comparing prices starting December 2018, I moved February 2019. Unclaimed furniture had the best prices with what looked like good quality dinette sets no more than $200. Very few were over and I understood why, because of the size, quality and very fashionable. I went there today and I'm very disappointed, because of tax season every dinette set is $399 and up. If it used to be $399, it's $599. I made Salesman that wanted to help me aware that I knew this, and he attested to it, and didn't say another word. He could've at least talked to manager or powers that be and tried to let me buy dinette set I wanted for original price. Oh No! He just understood why I refused to buy anything and walked away to scam a uninformed customer. I should've told everyone in the store. I regret that. I'll never go there again if I do, I'm...

My son and I went to Unclaimed Freight to look for a bedroom set around September of 2018 and from the moment we entered the store everyone spoke and asked if we needed help. Jeremiah assisted us with the bedroom furniture and even referred someone to help us out at another store looking for paint. When it came time for delivery even the delivery service was very professional, friendly and helpful. I myself was in desperate need of a new mattress and box spring.
