Seacrest Beach — Local services in Florida

Great area with a fabulous pool. Get there early to get a good chair. There is a green lawn and terrace behind the pool which is great for lawn games like bocce ball, slamball, catch, etc. Right across the street from the emerald beach. The best seats have to be reserved online in advance. If you don't rent a chair, you'll be behind two rows of chair rentals. Not a big fan of this setup. Observe the Red Flag days! People that seriously hurt or killed by ignoring these warnings every year. No chain restaurants allowed in this area. All local. Very friendly area with lots of bicycles and walkers. Prices are higher than usual but not exorbitant. Great place...

Wait until you learn all the new rules for 2019! Probably our last visit to this beach. Good luck letting your kids play on the beach, as the chair company completely blocks all of the areas for them to play. They put chairs right up against the water, so you have nowhere to sit or walk along the beach. We have been coming to this area for 17 years. From inlet to RB to Seacrest. never have I seen the beach so crowded with folks forced to step over each other because of the VERY SMALL area dedicated to public beach. Ridiculous.
