Inn At Seacrest 307 — Hotel in Alys Beach

I stayed on the 4th floor and the unit was mid at best. Location next to Alys beach is great. Balcony size was great but I didn't want to sit on the sofas that were dirty. Cabinets all had the thermafoil wrap peeling off which was annoying. No range/stove - they gave us an old, rusty plugin cooktop. Travertine on the floor had a bunch of holes that needed to be filled. Coffee maker was temperamental. Benchmark (management) ignored the concern about the coffee maker. Unit overall needs maintenance and lots of updates. Great location! Furniture and amenities need updated. The stairs are rotting through in the stairwells and you can see through the bottom step on every floor. One of those things that make you wonder if they are letting that go what other structural issues are...

Very nice place and comfy bed with huge TV so many movies to choose from and very close to the beach. Definitely...
