Grainger Industrial Supply — Local services in Folcroft

Grainger in Sharon Hill Pa. This store has been very helpful with any of my many wierd projects that require specialty parts and support in many instances. The employees in this location really know what they are doing from finding a compatible part to suit your needs to recommending procedure or other items that may be beneficial to your endeavors and even product technical support. Again I can't say enough positive things about the level of customer service this store has show me but I will also assume this is just how Grainger and it's employees conduct themselves in an otherwise hard to find good customer service world. Great store super fast service and extremely nice staff. My drive to the store was longer than the time spent inside and no it wasn't a curbside pickup. Yet still faster than most stores I've been to picking up a curbside order. This location it truly taking precautions during covid19 and keeping the working people safe. I tip my hat to the management and staff at this location.
