If I could give them zero stars I would. Paid for a large unit online was told to move in on the 21st so I checked in on the 21st realized my car did not fit was told by management that they did not have larger unit available so I requested a refund $162 I was told that because I have had the unit for five days prior because I paid for it online and could have moved in five days prior that I was now not eligibl for a refund. If I had known that I could’ve moved in earlier or that I would’ve been penalized for not moving in earlier I would have. It was not until I actually checked in at the office did they make me aware of any of this and then refused to give me a refund. I’ll be calling consumer affairs Better Business Bureau and corporate. The same thing happened to my girlfriend a couple years ago with this company went after them then we’ll go after them again. The Customer Service they provide via phone and in person is exceptional, the services & products offered matched the descriptions and the units are dry, clean and well kept. I’ve had a few terrible experiences with other storage companies where I’ve lost furniture due to break-ins, flooding and damage, so I was really nervous about starting over at an unfamiliar location; however, the positive experiences, coupled with the fact that the General Manager - Shaykeita, has been onsite and eager to help and answer questions, each time I’ve arrived, really helps ease my mind. Now, I only make one trip a week to the unit to check on my items, compared to the two/three a week I’ve become accustomed to.
