Kings Deli & Food Mart — Restaurant in Sharon Hill

Though this market's first identity appears to be that of a convenience store/corner deli (They have everything!), it's a good idea to consider King's when craving a hoagie. The place makes a REALLY GOOD HOAGIE...and a bonus will be the genuine friendliness of the lovely young lady at the slicer and the gentleman at the register.

My sons and I recently, and for this comparison's reason, ordered from both King's and another locally-famous sandwich shop. King's hoagie was preferred by the two of us who sampled each. The rolls were superfresh, the lettuce was crisp and cut to just the right bite size, the meat amount was very generous, the hot peppers were layered on the BOTTOM, and (best of all), there was a perfect balance of mayonnaise and oil. I've eaten exactly one hoagie in the past ten years. I'm not a hoagie lover. My sons are. We all agree that our next hoagies will come from King's. Great staff, food, & store. They have a good variety of things to buy, like candles, cleaning supplies, and baby supplies. This is especially helpful if you need something last minute or randomly and can't make it to a Walmart or supermarket fast. I usually get breakfast or sandwiches if I order food.
