Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Folcroft

RACIST!!!!!! I went in and went to place my order. I had my baby in my hand and I stood there for about 10 minutes before being greeted. When I finally got greeted she began taking my order then told me FIVE times to hold on as she walked away and started doing other stuff, IN THE MIDDLE OF TAKING MY ORDER. She then came back up to the register and called the person behind me up and began speaking in another language and start taking her order. With me standing there for now about 20 minutes with my baby I became INFURIATED! I immediately asked for a manager and he came strolling up front and cut me off as I was telling him what happened asking “well what would you like to order?” I said I am trying to make a complaint. He brushed me off and again asked what I wanted. He did not offer to take any money off or accommodate in any way! I only rated 2 stars because the store was immaculately clean.

I have celiac so I'm very limited in their products, which I was prepared for. However, I wasn't prepared for them to not carry corn & be out of the jalapenos. I downloaded the app & got a free $3.79 side of coleslaw. The app requires like 15 steps to cash out your free item & you need to attach your debit card to the app. Their entire drink machine, 95% of the drinks were completely out. The honey mustard doesn't taste "wild", it tastes like burnt plastic.

The kicker of this entire excursion, they completely messed my friends order up & overcharged her almost $10. He refunded us but why was this an issue? Good thing we noticed.

My friends who can eat gluten did say the rest of their food was good! My coleslaw was okay, nothing to rave about. I do prefer KFC coleslaw.

Wait times also really long.

This Popeyes restaurant is the best that I have been to! Although there is one much closer to me, I'd rather make the trip to the Folcroft one. The food is delicious and made with care, the staff is friendly, and the management team believes in giving great customer service and moreso if you're nice, respectful, and patient customer. A few times I have come there and they ran out of dark chicken pieces and it was just a half hour of closing but they made a batch for me. The hospitable manager, Syad, told me if I was willing to wait 20 minutes that they could give me what I wanted fresh, thanks Syad!!! The Popeyes near where I live, they can run out of food 2 hours before closing time and you're just fresh out of luck! But Folcroft Popeyes is the Bomb in every aspect!
