Malouf is my new go-to furniture store💙 Lana helped me customize a sofa and pillows that turned out fabulous. I had purchased a different sleeper sofa that did not work out and without hesitation Lana made sure we were happy. She helped choose the fabric for the pillows to match fabric I chose for the sofa and suggested nailhead trim that is amazing. I highly recommend a Malouf Furniture and ask for Lana! UPDATE..... A year later and perhaps 6-8 visits by daughter pulling out the sleeper sofa and it collapsed from the frame at the head area. This is second service call but this one not so easy. 2 weeks after explaining the issue to my sales gal I still have heard nothing from the service tech. I called back 3 times and was finally directed to customer service whom I spoke with today. She had no service request for us. She was very helpful and CB polite but unfortunately we will have to wait until after Christmas now for a service to see if it can be repaired or when. We lost connection in the middle of a conversation and she hung up and never called back. I called the front desk back and she cut me off as I was speaking and connected me back to customer service. I left her a message explaining the call had dropped but no return call. I am hoping I will get a service tech to call and set an appointment for after Christmas to repair or replace the sofa as she stated. It should not have happened and I am interested to see how this plays out. They are very reputable and I have confidence that will be satisfied once it is all worked out. update - I called again over a week ago and spoke with customer service she assured me the service tech would call me to set up an appt to see the defected - broken sleeper sofa but 8 days later still no call. It has been since November when the sleeper frame fell from the sofa structure and we have yet to get anyone out to diagnose the issue and decide if they will repair it or if the sofa is defected snd replace it. I I formed customer service that my family is returning for a wedding and we really need the sleeper repaired. She apologized and said someone would be calling but...
Read moreIt is my sincere pleasure to write a review for this wonderful furniture store. First of all, it is huge!
Located on 59, it goes back from the street what looks about two football fields.
My wife and I have lived all across the United States and have, over the decades, been blessed to know good furniture. Good furniture is truly a gift and hard to find. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is true so if your looking for "quality" furniture--look no further.
Let me start by saying that I despise shopping. This said, we needed several items and my wife convinced me to go to this establishment / store because they offered designer services.
So, what does designer service mean? It means that a seasoned interior designer like Roger will literally guide you through each step of the process thereby ensuring that schematics are drawn out and the furniture you're buying will fit in to the appropriate space. There is no charge for this awesome service and it ensures that you get furniture that fits in your home or condo.
Manager Jeremy is awesome and advised me to come back another day to ensure I was speaking with another member of his team when considering mattresses. Who is that honest anymore? Nobody!
So between Roger and Jeremy, and what looks to be a whole host of other qualified employees, you will be able to get whatever piece(s) of furniture you are looking for with whatever kind of fabric or whatever kind of leather in any dimension in any look that you could ever want. Please note that they have outdoor furniture in addition to everything for the inside of your condo or luxurious home.
White glove service is highly recommended and well worth the $150.00. If you're wondering what this is--it's not just delivery of your fine furniture; it's the set up and removal of items. I recommend this because if something is dented or scratched--(highly unlikely) you simply send it back! This takes any stress or worries out of the equation.
In summary if your looking for quality, no pressure excellence and endless choices, you've found your store.
Plenty of free parking.
Highly...
Read moreI went to Malouf Furniture store to purchase a Rowe Sofa. In the past I had owned 5 other rowe sofas and wanted to order another one. Picked out the material and gave them the specifications. The sells rep contacted me constantly until I completed the order. I can accept that she was just trying to close the sell so I was OK with that. When I proceeded she did write the order down incorrectly but I caught it and corrected it. Again I was OK with that. When I received the sofa the fabric cushions on the back and seat were not fitting properly. The material was bunched and the cushions on the back did not have enough filler. This was an identical sofa that I had just passed onto my daughter but wanted a different fabric for a change so I am familiar with what it was supposed to look like. I called to ask for someone to come and look at the problem. It took several months to finally get an appointment then several months to get the seat cushions. He was supposed to come back and take the back cushions to a local company to get them to add more filler to them. I tried to contact him and talked with a lady at Malouf. He never did come back. This whole episode lasted for over 19 months. I called Malouf and spoke with the same lady each time. She had my record and obviously had documented each time I called. Every conversation she said I would need to speak with Jill. Every time I called Jill was not there, on the phone or in a meeting and was supposed to call me back. I stopped counting at 15 calls and have never received a phone call back. I have to wonder if Jill exist and I certainly know that Jill does not care about the customer. This purchase cost over 2500.00. I look at my sofa everyday with the messed up cushions and think of the terrible service I received. I honestly have never written a bad review but I just felt compelled to let potential customers know about this...
