Marissa is my hair magician! I’ve been to a lot of okay and even good stylists, but she really is the best. She is so knowledgeable and really takes the time to listen and work with you to achieve amazing results. She is passionate about continuing education and it shows in her work. She asked detailed questions about how I wear my hair, how I like to style (or not style 😂) it, and brought out the color book to make sure we were on the same page. I had some crazy layers/bangs from a bad experience with a previous stylist and she was able to work her magic to fix them. I went there a few days ago. It was the only place that could fit me in for a cut and color. I showed the stylist a picture of me with the hair color I had months ago (platinum gray). I asked if she could replicate that color in the picture, she said "Yes". I was there for over 2 hours, and my final result was brassy yellow hair. They tried to tone it after the first bleach. Any professional knows you can't tone hair if it's brassy to get a platinum gray look. They admitted their mistake, and didn't'change me.
