5/29/25 Update - We continue to have an issue with our couches. No one reached out until I posted this review then all the sudden a Customer Service Rep and Manager called. They took our couch for about 2 weeks to fix the issue. We were supposed to have a replacement to use temporarily while they had ours which didn't happen. When they dropped off the couch after the repair the same problem was still occurring. They also replaced the incorrect USB ports that had broken. They took our couch for the second time to fix and when it was returned the problem still had not been completely corrected. The track of the loveseat is off and there is constant rubbing causing a hole in the leather. At this point the entire couch should just be replaced. All of the USB ports have also stopped working in less than 1 year. It took customer service over a month to reach back out about the USB ports. We are now waiting for there to actually be a hole in the couch to prove the rubbing issue before we attempt a "repair" again.
Our overall experience with Naturwood has not been the best. They are eager to help you when you buy something but beyond that they are lacking in their customer service. Our furniture was ordered and needed to be custom made since we chose the material and color of our couches. When it was coming time for the couches to be ready I reached out to Naturwood since no one contacted me and was told they would be delivered to the store that week on Fri and once they had them they would call to schedule delivery. A couple days later I was contacted by the salesperson who sold me the couches letting me know that the couches had not been built yet and they were on back order. I then get a call the following week that my couches were in the store. When the couches were delivered one of the people who delivered them made a comment about how we could afford the couches which was very off putting. About 6 months after we had the couches we noticed that a recliner is rubbing a hole in the leather and the track is off on one of the reclining seats. We went into the store and were ignored at the desk by 2 employees then they were rude when they actually did respond. It was very much like they were bothered to have to help us. They directed us to email customer service. Our emails...
Read moreWe have been a customer since 1996. We went in to buy another recliner and we found the one we wanted.we were told there was like a 3 week wait for deliverys but we were ok because we were going to pick it up that day with our truck and this made the salesman happy. Doing the final process of paying for it he told my wife to look it over really well for any damage and oh by the way since your picking it up if anything gos wrong you have to bring it to us for warranty. I could not believe my ears I told him we have never been told this and that was insane. Not only is that a bait and switch to get the 129 delivery fee, anyone knows if you have to transport furniture back you really risk damage to it. My wife and I decided to leave and the salesman in a condensending way said oh wait let me make a phone call. We found out this was to Regina the store manager. We started to look at couches and after a while he came down and said nope its non negotiable. We asked to speak to the manager and over a day later she calls and says we'll I wish it was said better but that's the policy. This really should be posted and flat out tell people that you give up the right to the warranty unless furniture is brought back. I started to read reviews and it looks like we're not the only ones who have had problems lately. It's a shame they used to be so much better, we could live with the higher prices for what we thought was customer service but now thats gone,...
Read moreI love to shop local and I am willing to pay for service and quality, BUT Naturwood is pushing the price a bit high. The sales force are knowledgeable and I really appreciated the time, attention and follow up given by Merideth--I highly recommend you seek her out as a great salesperson. I purchased several items--all top quality, made in the US and not cheap. The first delivery went well with delivery personnel who were equipped and knowledgeable in moving. After a 6 month wait for a Stickley sofa--delayed on the manufacturer's part, a delivery date was set. The 2 person crew had great difficulty in getting the sofa into my house--they seemed ill-prepared, ill-equipped and lacking general moving skills--something one would expect as basic for a furniture company. While one person maintained a positive attitude and eventually got the sofa into the house, the other was negative, used profanity and was ready to give up immediately. I reported this immediately to Merideth who was appalled and reported to the store manager. The store manager called, was very apologetic and claimed he would have the warehouse manager contact me quickly. After 3 weeks I called the manager, who was still apologetic and again said the warehouse manager would contact me. I am very disappointed with this experience and lack of follow-up. Merideth was great. My furniture is beautiful . The issues with delivery make me question if I will ever deal with Naturwood...
