Ordered on the app for in-store pickup. On the app it said the order was ready when I pulled into the parking lot. I went to get my order from the dining room and it was closed on a Friday at 11:45 AM. Only 1 car in the drive thru so I decided to not abandon my order like I usually do. It took 13 minutes in the drive thru to pick up my order with only 1 car in front of me. The food was cold soggy from sitting so long and I went over my allotted time for lunch. When I brought it to the attention of the employee at the drive thru that I would not have ordered food on the app if dining room was closed. And that they should not offer in-store pickup if the dining room is closed because now that I got stuck in the drive thru I am now over my allotted time for lunch. His response was that I would get back to work sooner if I stop talking then closed the window and walked away. 1 minute late or 5 minutes late is the same write up for being late at my job. I will never go back to any Taco Bell ever again! The fact that I have had to abandon my orders at multiple locations because they close the dining room during the day and still allow you to order in store pickup. And that literally trap you in the drive thru with no way to get out. First time in 20 years at my job that I have been late back from lunch. Never again!!!

My Grandmother ordered a crunch wrap supreme and began to realize something was off. She opened it up and found that there was no beans and no meat. She didn't want to make an issue of it, but I insisted that she at least bring it to their attention. They kindly apologized for the mistake and offered to make her another one or give a refund. She took the refund.
