What a scam and terrible customer service this place has! I picked up a whole tenderloin for 11.99/lb back at the meat department. I rang the bell and asked the guy if he was able to fillet that large whole tenderloin into steaks for me. The guy took it back to the butcher and brought me out 4 measly steaks from that whole tenderloin and as I take them out of the package to grill them up for Thanksgiving with my elderly father and my two young sons, I see I was charged 12.99/lb. Was that because the butcher trimmed them for me? Would have been nice to be told that instead of just the markup!!! And not to mention all the extra tenderloin that was probably wasted because I'm sure he was back there having a baby fit about...

Best deals for meat in town for. Love their Bakery for layer birthday cake if I find one in the cooler. They have olive loaf. I can't find it in any other grocery store in Fond du Lac. Only the pig carries it. They have local cheese and sausage I can't get any where else except driving to that particular location. Watch the ads. My only thing is that they don't stick to the hours in the meat department for getting the butcher to help you. They seem to like to leave early. I have to sometimes get a bone removed or something butterflied. This is rude when you're told they are there until 5 and they leave at 3:30 and I'm driving...

I am pleased here... Except for the prices. For that reason exactly I typically do not shop here. I usually only go here if I need one or two things quick for convenience purposes. My friend/roommate went there a few minutes ago, and I tagged along. I did purchase a few items at an okay price, and was very much so impressed with the staff. I honestly pretty much only interacted with one staff member there (later at night/didnt need too much this visit) who was my cashier. She was extremely kind and professional.
