Boba Queen — Restaurant in Fond du Lac

I was excited to know we were getting a boba place. Unfortunately half the menu is not available even tho they repeatedly posting the same menu on their social media. I went 3x and enjoyed it, found other things on the menu to try so it wasn't that big of a deal. But the last time I went, I was served in a smaller cup even tho I always order Large. The large cup was still displayed on the counter as the large size. I asked if the cups were the same size, and she said no that the one I was receiving is smaller but it's the "new" large size. Even tho the price remains the same.

Due to this i will not be back. Because I don't feel I got my money worth. I made a comment about this on their Facebook but i cannot...

Working here as my first time was a good opportunity but such poor management, you guys couldn’t get my schedule on time and didn’t have me train. You guys decided to hire other workers after me and have them work two days on training while you guys cut off my hours of work. I only got 4 hours of training and I was there first. It’s unfair to me that I waited just to be cut off, I hope that you guys can manage your new workers better than how you managed with me. I’m sad I was replaced as this is my first time...

Boba Queen was an amazing experience! I got the brown sugar milk tea with brown sugar boba, and it was absolutely out of this world—easily a 10/10. My daughter had the strawberry smoothie, which was delicious, and my wife got the mango green tea slush with cheese, which was also incredible. The atmosphere inside is super cozy, making it a perfect chill spot, especially for college students. Plus, the staff was really friendly. I highly recommend this place! This was my experience...
