I got a door dash delivered to me, and called the store to make sure my sandwich was extra toasted. I received my flat bread, and it was cold, and the meat and cheese were not heated either. I called the restaurant and they said they'd refund me.. when I walked into the store the cashier said she couldn't refund me because her manager toasted my sandwich, if that was the case my cheese and meat wouldn't be cold and the bread would be hard and crisp. I don't know what the work conditions are like but they must be bad to a degree that depresses the "sandwich artists". I don't need the person making my food to pretend to be happy but it would be nice if they could hide the fact that they loath what...
