Culver’s — Restaurant in Fond du Lac

Went through the drive thru. I had to correct the worker on multiple things as we were ordering. The stuff being typed in wasn’t at all what we were ordering. Got up to the window, after ordering 2 diet cokes with our meals and received sprite instead. We get our food and realize the 2 sides of signature sauce we ordered were punched in as raspberry vinaigrette. So I parked and walked inside to get the right sauces. Then we get home and my fiancée’s burger was wrong. She got a single butter burger (no cheese) with ketchup and extra pickles and of course, the burger had cheese and literally one singular pickle on it. The sodas also tasted horribly I’m not sure what’s going on with that. It’s been like that the last few times we’ve gone. I never write these reviews, but this location has been going downhill for months now in my opinion so I figured it needed to be addressed. As well as what I said about the soda, sauces are being mixed up or forgotten and we have to constantly correct the drive thru workers on what we ordered. The last time we went, my fiancée’s sandwich was completely wrong as well. I understand mistakes happen, but we haven’t had a good experience at this particular Culver’s in quite some time. There was four people having a conversation while my sandwich was sitting underneath the hot lamp for 5 minutes for ia to go order. They were talking very loudly and swearing at a Culver's. I then had to get the attention of one of the younger staff members there asking if that was my sandwich that the lady was tossing around in a bag while gabbing expressing to them that I haven't eaten all day. The level of professionalism at this particular Culver's is atrocious. 8:00 p.m. Monday night August 28th. My family and I have enjoyed Culver's for quite some time and I have never had the experience as I have had tonight. I mentioned something to the younger staff member that finally handed my bag of food to me and he had a blank look on his face and the lady continued to scream at the people in the kitchen in a very inappropriate manner about some conversation that wasn't appropriate for a workplace environment. I love Culvers don't get me wrong, but this location is just not reliable. A week ago we ordered some food and everything was amazing like normal, but they forgot my order of fries. It's not a big deal, I didn't really need them. I called them up, they apologized and sent me a coupon for a regular order of fries. I went back yesterday ordered a drink and my fries. I paid and got my drink and was told to pull up. After 7 minutes and other customers coming and going with their food, I asked someone if I was going to be getting my order. 8 minutes later I get my crispy outside cold almost frozen inside fries. This was the first and second time I've been to this location, and will be the last. I have no issues with the other 2 locations, and I will go to them...
