Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fond du Lac

I was always a fan of the Enchiritos that Taco Bell used to have in the 70s and 80s so, when I heard that they were bringing them back for a limited time, I decided to drop in and have a couple for old time's sake. Based on the advertising I had heard, it sounded like you had to order these using their app, which I really didn't want but yet was prepared to do just to get them. When I went into the store I found out that wasn't the case by a very helpful woman ( Kari ) who waited on me. She took my order, with the modifications I wanted, and then very shortly afterwards I received my order. It was done EXACTLY and I had requested and the food was very good. After I was done eating I decided to go back to the counter to make sure I told the employees that the food was excellent and that I was appreciative, which was well received.

Drive through Fond du Lac for work. Stop at this Taco Bell often. Very consistent with good personalities and attitudes from the workers. Even when there Is a line in the drive thru, we've never had an exhausting wait (they get the orders out in a very timely manner). We often order boxes with different items. They never have mixed up the items or put the wrong things in the wrong boxes. They've never screwed up our order. And the food is always hot and fresh.

Also, I feel sometimes t bell skimps on the tacos meaning they look less "full" than they should. The tacos are always full here with proportionate ratios of meat...

We had a large order had ordered a steak quesadilla with beans half way home we realize they didn't give us that put something else on there. We called to inform them repeated what they missed multiple times asked them to have it ready for when we get there. We get to the window and they say oh yea a nacho supreme. We said come on guys that's not what we said multiple times. We didn't get a sorry for the inconvenienc or anything. Just looked at us like we were stupid. I am a manager at a fast food restaurant and always make sure the guests get atleast a sorry. This service sucked...
