Desi Bazaar & Fresh Meat is an Indian Grocery Store in Fontana for Indian, Bangladeshi, and Pakistani groceries. Last Saturday I came to this place for a short visit. This is a small but nice and well organized grocery store. They offer a wide range of dairy products, frozen foods, snacks, as well as Halal meat and fresh fish. The prices are reasonable, making it a great option for shoppers looking for authentic ingredients.

What stood out to me the most was the owner of the store. He was incredibly kind, humble, and cooperative, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. I look forward to returning to this store in the near future to stock up on more of their quality products. Had a terrible experience at Desi Bazar, Fontana, CA. The store never answers calls, and when I asked the staff why, the response was extremely rude — “What do you want?” in a disrespectful tone.

I ordered chicken, and when I simply asked for the per-pound rate, the staff started arguing, questioning why I was asking again, and even refused to sell the product. The way he spoke to a paying customer was unprofessional and insulting.

Businesses survive because of customers, and this kind of behavior drives them away. Management needs to take serious action and train their staff in basic customer service. Until then, I’d strongly recommend thinking twice before...

This guy is extremely poor in customer service. He kept doing his store work regardless of checking me out when I was done shopping, I kept waiting and requesting him to check me out but he kept ignoring me. When I and another customer asked him to check us out he started saying I will check you out when I get done taking trash out and restocking so you guys wait. I told him dude we are customers ready for check out and don’t have much time so can you attend us and get back to your store work and he got angry and said I will not sell you stuff!!! So I left.
